Once upon a time, there was a mean skinny man who lived in a haunted house that was across a beautiful school. His name was Burpy Bobby.

Every morning when the children came to school and every afternoon when they left, Burpy Bobby would stand outside his house and get ready to burp at every child’s face. The burps were so STINKY that the birds flew away and the cats woke up from their sleep. The burps were so NOISY that it felt like there was an earthquake.

As every child walked past his house, they would cover their faces with whatever they had. But mean Burpy Bobby would go behind their back packs and burp. Nobody liked Burpy Bobby and walking past his home, but they had no choice.

One day, Burpy Bobby thought burping at the children was not fun enough. He decided that this morning and afternoon, he would hide in his house and wait for the children to walk by and BOO at their faces.

As David walked past Bobby’s house, Bobby jumped out of his house and David fell on to the floor and froze. Bobby put his face on David’s face and tried to burp, but he realized that he couldn’t burp any more.

BA BA BA A. No matter how hard he tried, he just couldn’t burp. Sam and Martin saw David fall down and tried to help. Bobby tried to burp but he made no sound and smell.

The kids started to laugh at Bobby. Bobby felt embarrassed and raced to his home. He was never seen again, but whenever the kids passed his house, they could still hear his burps.
